October: Where Vinyl Meets Vision, A Season of Growth

Change has been the steady rhythm of this year and lately, I’ve been leaning into it.

Growth doesn’t always arrive in a neat, linear way. Sometimes it’s quiet and internal, sometimes it bursts open. This October, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to grow in business, in creativity, and in community.

Just like my Records of the Month, this season feels full of color, texture, and expansion.

🎶 Taylor Swift’s new album feels like a metamorphosis, shedding old layers and stepping into something more honest, more alive, more free.

🎶 Rainbow Kitten Surprise’s new album Bones, full of color and energy.

🎶 Fleetwood Mac’s, Bare Tree’s - a must listen, one of my favorite vinyls of a band with so much growth and new beginnings.

These sounds mirror what’s happening in my own work: transformation, bold new beginnings, and steady roots.

🌱 Growing Into New Roles

This season, I’ve stepped into a new opportunity, expanding my role as a Property Manager,  helping manage and protect incredible properties while supporting owners in finding residents who will love them, too.

Beyond that, I continue to serve as a resource for real estate consulting, marketing, and agent matchmaking, connecting sellers and buyers with the right ideas and opportunities.

💚 Rooted in Community

What hasn’t changed is what drives me: connection, creativity, and care. Each project, each client, each home becomes part of a bigger ecosystem  and like any healthy garden, the more we tend to it, the more it grows.
